However, 4SaleCy.com reserves the right to refuse or terminate any purchase or attempted purchase at any time in its sole discretion. You understand and agree that if you authorize a payment transaction with your credit card, debit card or other payment method, but your charge is rejected for any reason, there may be a hold on your use of that transaction amount for several days.

4SaleCy.com contains content from us, you, and other users. 4SaleCy.com is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. Content displayed on or via 4SaleCy.com is protected as a collective work and/or compilation, pursuant to copyrights laws and international conventions.

We may update this agreement at any time, with updates taking effect when you next post or 30 days after we post the updated policy on the site, whichever is sooner. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in all respects by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against 4SaleCy.com must be resolved by the courts of the Republic of Cyprus. You and 4SaleCy.com both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Republic of Cyprus Courts.
If we don't enforce any particular provision, we are not waiving our right to do so later. If a court strikes down any of these terms, the remaining terms will survive. We may automatically assign this agreement in our sole discretion in accordance with the notice provision below.
13. General
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 4SaleCy.com and supersede any prior written or oral agreement. Other than the 4SaleCy.com Representatives (who are expressly included as named third-party beneficiaries of the terms and conditions), there are no third-party beneficiaries to the terms and conditions.
We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.
